I had a mixed experience at the Grand Hyatt in Goa. The location is perfect, right on Bambolim Beach and close to the city, which I loved. The rooms were spacious and always clean, but they weren’t ready when we arrived. The service, especially at the Indian restaurant, was disappointing and didn't meet my expectations for a five-star hotel. Overall, the hotel offers great amenities, but there are some security concerns that need addressing.
